Camp Schedule

Thursday

  • 8 AM - 12 PM: Evaluations ( 1hr. - Groups of 2)

  • 12 PM - 1 PM: Individual Private Lessons (1 hr. / person)

  • 1 PM - 2 PM: Lunch Break

  • 2 PM - 3 PM: Theory Session

  • 3 PM - 5 PM: Individual Private Lessons (1 hr. / person)

  • 5 PM - 6 PM: Tactical Drills (Groups of 4)

  • 6 PM - 7.30 PM: Competitive Matches (Groups of 2)

  • 7.30 PM: Group Dinner

Friday & Saturday

  • 8 AM - 1 PM: Individual private lessons (1 hr. / person)

  • 1 PM - 2 PM: Lunch Break

  • 2 PM - 3 PM: Theory Session

  • 3 PM - 5 PM: Individual Private Lessons (1 hr. / person)

Workshop Day (Day 2 & 3 during off times for each individual)

  • 9 AM - 10.15 AM: Injury prevention & padel-specific training

  • 10.15 AM - 11 AM: Recovery workshop

What each individual gets:

  • Evaluation: 1 hour

  • Individual lessons: 3 hours

  • Tactical lessons: 3 hours

  • Theory sessions: 4 hours

  • Competitive matches with real-time coaching: 4.5 hours

  • Injury Prevention, padel-specific training & recovery workshop: 2 hours
